1/2 rate only due within 15 days of confirming reservation
Remaining 1/2 rate, 11.5% tax and Refundable Damage-Cleaning Deposit of $500 (deposit to be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order or personal check ONLY ) is due 30 days prior to arrival.
